Design Team Day

Today is my day over at Connie Can Crop's blog.
I created this card to go along with this months challenge theme :)

I went super simple, super easy, and I really love how it came out! I simply took a card base I have, added some American Crafts washi tape to it (in all the challenge colors), added 3 foam flowers and stamped Happy Birthday to it. BAM, DONE! LOL

Don't forget to enter Connies challenge! Few more days left :)

Birthday Fishes

The theme of this challenge was to send 10 embossed sheets to your partner and then make one card using some embossing folders. I was super lucky and got a crafty friend whom I do lots of blog hops with for my partner! Alicia is so creative and I was certainly nervous sending her something! lol I ended up designing my card in Design Space, and cutting it out with my explore. I love out it came out! Hopefully she did too ;)

Everything was cut out of scraps except for the blue shimmer paper and the black cardstock. I used some ribbon, 2 different embossing folders and the inside frame and sentiment are both Jaded Blossom products.

Thanks for stopping by!

Gift Card Holders

I'm doing some major posting of everything! School ended for us 1 month ago and have been so busy, I haven't had a chance to post anything I've made so I'll be doing that now. My boys asked me to get a gift card for their bus drivers so I made a cute little holder for them.

I used cardstock from my stash, and ribbon I had laying around as well. The fun sentiment is from Jaded Blossom =)

Butterfly Card

I started participating in a card swap again...I love doing these! The theme was a color challenge, blue and yellow. Here is the card I came up with =)

I love how these cards came out! I used a file from Birds Cards and the butterfly I followed a tutorial on you tube for a 3D butterfly. I embossed the white paper on the front and the inside I used a die and stamp from Jaded Blossom.

Thanks for taking a peek! Stop back to see more this week of other cards I made for swaps!

Color Challenge

Time for Connie's newest challenge! This month, she put together a color challenge, using the above template! I love these colors! So summery!
