I saw a card similar to this on pinterest and fell in love! I went into Design Space to "build" it. I used an ampersand for the main card. I used the shadow of it (x2) and welded them together to form the card shape. I then cut out the words Mr & Mrs and glued them on. The top hat and crown are both from the wedding cartridge. The swirl flourish is from the storybook cartridge. I used a shiny gray cardstock for the majority of the card, pink glitter paper is from close to my heart and the cream and black is from my stash! I added a jewel to the crown and the hat but it didnt photograph to well! I hope you liked my card!

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

I just love this holiday. Not sure why? Maybe its the cute little naked baby cupid? Nah! I'm going for all the candy! YUM!!

My husband and I don't really celebrate but I found the cutest little knitted pizza heart for him and knew it had to be bought! I just love Etsy! I put together a cute little card for him to go with it and I hope he loves it!

The heart pizza is from Miss Kate Cuttables "you've got a pizza my heart" set. I just love her files! So easy to work with! I had my explore write the sentiment on the front and i used some fun sticky sequins from CTMH.

I hope you enjoy your day today! Be sure to treat yourself to something yummy!

I am entering my card into Miss Kate Cuttables LOVE challenge this month. You can find details in their FB group HERE

Birthday layout I made using Echo Park Birthday Girl collection

Simple birthday card using a cute cake from Miss Kate Cuttables. The background is washi tape.

Definately my favorite thing I made for today! I used Jaded Blossom dies and stamps for this one. Cut out Birthday with my explore and used American Crafts chunky glitter to make it sparkly! I popped the letters up with thin pop dots. And the pink spots on the green tag are sprinkles also from Jaded Blossom. I just love how colorful it is!

February Challenge #43 ~ I DO!

I just love the month of February!!! Valentines, new love, & my birthday!!!

This month, Connie put together another amazing challenge!! Theme is I DO, create anything with BLING on it! (you know we all love shiny!)

Click HERE to be brought to Connies blog for all details, and to link up!

Here is what I made for this challenge:

I found a champagne flute from google image and uploaded it into design space. I attached it to my card mat so it would be cut out of it. Then I used some double sided foam adhesive to give it some pop and create my shaker. I loaded it with gold glitter and made sure it was sealed really good! (I think my husband would kill me if it opened up and glitter went flying!) I had gold sparkle ribbon in my stash so I made the little bows around the stems and adhered them with my hot glue gun. When you open it up, there is a little sentiment from Jaded Blossom and the champagne glasses on the bottom are Spellbinders (it was the stamp and die).

I hope you liked my project today! Can't wait to see what you make!
