Happy Birthday

It's gotta be someone's birthday right?! HAHA! 

I am trying to straighten out my pictures on my computer and have come across some cards I've made recently but haven't posted. So, I will be slowly getting them on here! 

This card was an impromptu card my son asked for around 11pm! I used all scraps for it, and I was pretty pleased with the outcome!

I created this card with my explore using the party hat from Straight from the nest. I welded both together to create the card. I used paper from my scraps for everything! I added american crafts glitter glue (the pink and green) for some extra sparkle. The leaves are from flower shoppe and the flower is from mothers day bouquet. Added a cute button in the middle for the pollen ;)

Angela's Birthday Bash!


Welcome to My Birthday Hop! So glad you can join us!

Simple birthday card using a cute cake from Miss Kate Cuttables. The background is washi tape. 


Definately my favorite thing I made for today! I used Jaded Blossom dies and stamps for this one. Cut out Birthday with my explore and used American Crafts chunky glitter to make it sparkly! I popped the letters up with thin pop dots. And the pink spots on the green tag are sprinkles also from Jaded Blossom. I just love how colorful it is!

Design Team ~ Happy Birthday Cupcake!


Connie has a really fun challenge going on this month called "Beary Sweet". You can submit a project either with a bear on it, or something sweet (or why not both!?). You can find all the details if you click HERE. 

I created a Beary sweet card for the challenge which you can go back to here...so today I decided to make something super sweet!

For my project, I created this great little shaker card! I bought it from the Silhouette Store a while back. I used the hollow layers it came with but ended up having to use some foam tape as well to make it thick enough for the candy. I stamped my sentiment with a new one I just got from Jaded Blossom. The tag and the sentiment on the tag is also JB.

Scrappin' Madge's Birthday Hop



Welcome to Scrappin' Madge's Happy Birthday blog hop! We are so glad you could join us today! Between all the fantastic Birthday inspiration and super yummy blog candy, you surely won't be disappointed! You will want to start at Madge's blog 1st if you happened to just stumble over here. I put together a quick, but fun card for this hop! Super easy to make. I took a card base (i LOVE the kraft cards Michaels sells!) and I put a fun polka dot sheet on top. Added a polaroid frame that i adhered with foam tape to pop it off the card. Some balloons, bling and a fun "happy Birthday" stamp from Jaded Blossom finished it off!

Now that we showed you the prizes, onto my project!!!

I decided to use my cameo, Jaded Blossom and Close To My Heart with my project! 
 

I LOVE this little shark! He is a Miss Kate Cuttables image that I bought from the sil store. I had these pre-printed chevron cards already that I bought from Michaels a while back. I added a white background that I embossed with my big kick. 


 I then took another white piece of cardstock that I stamped using JB's "Under the Sea" set that was just released. The sentiment was inked with ctmh's Lagoon ink. I also took that same color and added some color to the bubbles on both of the white mats. I added 3 fun droplets in seaglass color.


And to top off the card, I put the shark on a wobble! I love those things!
