North Pole Blog Hop

Welcome to
The North Pole
Blog Hop

To the North Pole I'd like to go,
Over fields of ice and snow;
To see Santa dear,

Mrs. Claus and the elves would be
Waiting there for you and me;
Where they make the toys so busily!

Connie Can Crop is the beginning of this hop! You should have arrived from Rebecca, but if not, go to Connie and start there!

This is a one day blog hop, but you have until Sunday to finish hopping and leaving your love for all of these talented elves.
We have an awesome sponsor for this month!

In his wonderful reindeer sleigh,
Santa would whisk us all away;
Flying merrily,

Non stop to the NORTH POLE!!

I created this fun card using a digital image from Craftin Desert Divas called Grumpy Christmas. Of course I had to add some sparkle to both of them so I used some stickles for that. Al the card stock is from my stash, and I used Artify markers to color everything in. The stamp and tag its on is from Jaded Blossom. Then I inked it with some CTMH color.

Next head on over to Santa's workshop to visit with Kim

Here's our line up in case you get lost along the way.

Connie Can Crop Monthly Challenge ~ 65

This is Connie's last challenge for 2017!!! EEK! This year totally blew by me! Lets kick off the month with something fancy.

You must create either a 3D project or a card with a fancy fold.

I went with the 3D project this month! I found a great exploding ornament box in the Silhouette store to use. The pattern paper is all Echo Park "Holly Jolly Christmas" and the solid paper is ll from DCWV Mariposa stack. Lots of glue, lots of pop dots and some burnt fingertips from the hot glue for the ribbon! But, I absolutely love this set!

You can click HERE to enter your own project this month. Craftin' Desert Diva's is our great sponsor this month!

Thanks for stopping by!

I bought these great little sleds from Target's $1 spot....but they weren't $1...they were $5! Still, they are super cute! We have new neighbors that are awesome! So I made the Jacob's a sled for their new house, and then made myself one too :)

Today is my day over at Connie Can Crop!! As I've mentioned, I am in a card swap group, so I'll be showcasing lots of my cards I mailed out. This theme was a Santa theme so I came up with this fun little card =)

I used my explore with the print/cut feature for this vintage looking santa. I put him on with some pop dots, stamped my image and viola! All done =) Super simple, but I thought he came out great!

Supplies Used ~

Card base from my stock
Twine
Embellishments from Connie's Crafty Store
Sentiment from Jaded Blossom
Pop Dots

Design Team Day!

Hi there! Today is my day to post over at Connie Can Crop's blog =)

We had an amazing sponsor this month for Connie's blog hop last week! Betsy Flot is giving one of  her awesome book's, Progressions of Expressions Volume 2.

For my project today, I created a simple, yet pretty (well I think so anyway! lol) Christmas card.

I have a ton of blank card bases in my stash and I need to use them up! I added a piece of shimmer recollections navy card stock to the base, which I embossed using a cuttlebug folder (not sure of the name?) Then, using DS, I cut out the snowflake (from When its Cold Outside)  and I made the band around the card. I added one of Connies enamel dots to the center of my flake (you can find the link for them HERE!) I took a saying from Betsey Flot's book and used the pen/writing feature on the explore to write on the inside.
