DT Day w/Connie Can Crop

Hi Everyone! It's my turn to post over at Connie Can Crop's blog! Today I want to share a cute card I made using a file from Paper Crafting World, our sponsor this month! I'm going to be honest, I'm not a very good paper piecer (is that a thing?!). I usually go the print/cut route to save me some time! But I pieced this little bear together to try it out. About an hour later (does it always take that long!??), shes finished! Shes adorable too ;)

Supplies Used~
Jaded Blossom Birthday Treat Tags
Jaded Blossom Luggage Tag Dies
Stickles Fruit Punch color
All cardstock is from my recycled stash.
I have to use it up! The bin is over taking my area!
American Craft Ribbon

Seriously, September already!? I can't figure out how or why this year is going way too fast! But, it is and today is another one of Connies challenges!

This months theme is a book worm challenge!

I used a cute file from Paper Crafting world for my little Seuss bear! You can find it here. It comes in either a digi stamp or png file. I used one of Dr. Seuss's quotes for the inside and had my explore write it on the cardstock.

I used a Paper Crafting World image for my little princess bear! She came out so cute =) Had to add some stickles to her for a little extra princess sparkle! The card base I found on Birdscards.com. And the sentiment is from Jaded Blossoms "100% Princess" set. She's also on a wobble! (gotta love them!)

For today's project, I used a stinkin' cute file from Paper Crafting World. Normally, I do print/cut on my little guys (I don't have the patience to piece all of it together!) but I just couldn't get my printer and explore to play nice! So, I pieced it...and let me tell you! I am so glad I did....
He's so much cuter!!!

I am definitely a bright kinda of crafter! the brighter the better in my book! HAHA!

Card base from Recollections

Jaded Blossom Forest Friends sentiment
Paper Crafting World Skunk in a Flower Pot
Fabric flower from my stash

For my fun money holder, I used a file from our sponsor Paper Crafting World. Its called the Popsicle Gift Card Holder. It was so easy to put together! I just love it! I used American Crafts cardstock and scrap paper for everything. My little banner and sentiment came from Jaded Blossom using their Mini Tag Dies 2 & Happy Summer. My ink is from Close to my Heart and is called Pear. I used a cuttlebug embossing foler for the outside (sorry! I can't remember what its called!).

Thanks for taking a peak!
