I created a simple party banner. Can be used for any occasion/gathering/etc. Since I love anything bright, I needed it to be just that....BRIGHT!
I used extra thick pop dots to bring the letters out some! I cut everything with my cameo and used paper from my never ending stash! And of course twine! Love me some twine!
