Scrappin' Madge's Birthday Hop

I put together a quick, but fun card for this hop! Super easy to make. I took a card base (i LOVE the kraft cards Michaels sells!) and I put a fun polka dot sheet on top. Added a polaroid frame that i adhered with foam tape to pop it off the card. Some balloons, bling and a fun "happy Birthday" stamp from Jaded Blossom finished it off!
