I was coming up with such a blank for a winter project! Everything kept screaming Christmas to me! HAHA! After moving to South Florida, you sort of forget about winter and the cold ;) So, I created a snowman on the beach card. Have you ever seen that meme on facebook with the hitch hiker snowman trying to get to FL? Its so funny and well, he made it!

Design Team ~ Happy Birthday Cupcake!


Connie has a really fun challenge going on this month called "Beary Sweet". You can submit a project either with a bear on it, or something sweet (or why not both!?). You can find all the details if you click HERE. 

I created a Beary sweet card for the challenge which you can go back to here...so today I decided to make something super sweet! 


I had so much fun making this card! I just love the bright colors on everything =)

I am really really loving my new explore! The silhouette only comes out now when its a file that I created there (and until I redo all those files, I'll continue that way! lol)

I had the striped card base so I just created 2 mats out of linen paper and adhered with my ATG gun. The Ribbon is from 3GirlJam and the sentiment and sign stake is both from Jaded Blossom. My adorable big foot is from Cricut's Campin' Critters cartridge. He is up on pop dots for a little dimensional look.

January Challenge #42 ~ Beary Sweet


HAPPY NEW YEAR'S! 2016 is here already...I honestly can't believe it! I have never seen a year go by so fast as 2015! Here's to a fabulous new one =) 

It's time for Connie's new monthly challenge! Here theme this time around is Beary Sweet: Create anything with a bear in it or something sweet, or both!

Here's what I made for the challege ~


I used my new explore for everything on this card! I'm still learning how to use it, but am really loving it! I just wish I can convert all my silhouette files to svg and I would be set! 

The bear is from Create a Critter 2, the card base is from Decorate! Celebrate!. The red and white drops are from Connie's eBay shop, and the bear is on a wobble! I also used a black pen to have the explore write on the card =)
