DT Day ~ Candy Corn Box w/Dreaming Tree

Hey everyone!
Today is my day to post over at Connie Can Crop
Today, I would like to share a cute little box from Dreaming Tree. They have it in their freebie section, and its so easy to put together! They have very easy to work with files! Definitely should try one out! I was originally making one of their Thanksgiving table pieces, but I didn't get a chance to finish it.
So I'll post that another day!

Thanks for stopping by today!

DT Day ~ Paper Nest Dolls

Hey everyone! Today is my day to post over at Connie Can Crop. I am going to share with you a card I made using a digital stamp from our sponsor, Paper Nest Dolls.

I used Fairy Emma with unicorn for my stamp. I went with our challenge theme of watercolors and colored her in with some water color crayons I found at Michaels the other day. Not a big fan of them as they are super wide and hard to get the small spots! I stamped the sentiment with a stamp from Jaded Blossom and the sequins are from Close to my Heart.

Thanks for taking a peek!

Connie Can Crop ~ Monthly Challenge #61

Time for another monthly challenge over at Connie Can Crop! Her theme this time is water colors :) Create anything with watercolors in it!

For my project, I created a very simple card. I don't have water color markers or paint, so I improvised. I had bought this adorable little girl in the Silhouette Design Store a while back- Her romper and hair has the watercolor look to them.

I used cardstock from my stash. The sentiment and the bubbles are from Jaded Blossom and the girl is by Rivka Wilkins, Design ID #57067 in the SIL store.
I used blush ink from Close to my Heart for the sentiment and I also used it for some shaded color on the cream background.

Thanks for stopping by today! I can't wait to see what you enter!

Design Team ~ Bugaboo Stamps

Hey everyone! Today is my day to post over at Connie Can Crop's blog!

I want to share a card I made with a digi stamp from our sponsor this month, Bugaboo Stamps. I used their Guy walking dog image. We are always on the go at different events for the kids so we rely on our neighbor quite a bit to walk the dogs for us! I just wanted a very simple card to give, since they are very simple people! I'll probably make some brownies to attach the card to as well!

I treated myself to new markers from Amazon Prime day. They are by Artify. I don't have much to compare them to, but I love them. I want to get good at coloring/blending before I make the splurge on copics! haha!

I also used some cardstock from my stash. I printed this paper when I had my Cricut Imagine! omg...how long ago was that?!!?

Anyway, I hope you upload something to Connie's monthly challenge this month! Her theme is "Use your stash".

Design Team Day ~ Flower Box Card

Hi Everyone! Today is my day to post at Connie Can Crop's blog. I want to share with you a card I made that goes along with Connie's challenge! Lets start with me never having done a box card before. I was always so over whelmed by them! My DT sister Kim is always making them, and making them look so easy! So I gave it a spin. I love them! And I love how my card came out! LOL

I used a file from Lori Whitlock that I bought from the silhouette store. All of my paper is scrap from my stash. The middles of the flowers (the purple flowers) are a fabric/foam flower that I have had for a long time.

I'm going to put this card in the gift basket we are giving to my sons teacher at the end of the school year (next week! Yikes!)

I'm going to be honest, I'm not a very good paper piecer (is that a thing?!). I usually go the print/cut route to save me some time! But I pieced this little bear together to try it out. About an hour later (does it always take that long!??), shes finished! Shes adorable too ;)

Supplies Used~
Jaded Blossom Birthday Treat Tags
Jaded Blossom Luggage Tag Dies
Stickles Fruit Punch color
All cardstock is from my recycled stash.
I have to use it up! The bin is over taking my area!

Design Team ~ Love you Always

Hi! Today is my day to post over on Connie Can Crop's blog!

I can't believe we are midway thru January already! And seriously, I have a teenager today!!! Yup! My oldest is 13 years old today! Not sure whos getting old, me or him! HAHA!

Anyway, I'll be honest, I screwed up this week! I thought my week to post was next week, and my hubby and I skipped town for 3 days so I didn't get my project done that I wanted to do. So, I'm going to share something with you I made for my sisters guest room :)

My sister bought this amazing glitter poster board from Joanne's and wanted to make a sign out of it. She wanted this saying to go in her spare room that she just redid. So, I helped her design in, cut it and apply it! I love the color choices she used, as they are my favorite! LOL I had to add that bottom picture of her....we were laughing hysterically and every picture came out crazy! She was trying so hard to not burst! HAHA!

Design Team ~ Tropical Santa

December is about over!!! A few short days till Christmas, followed by New Years!
WOW! I can't believe how fast 2016 went!

Not sure about you, but I have been so busy this month, and can't wait for a break! We have 2 weeks off for winter break with my boys, and I plan on lounging! I'm sure Santa needs a break too from all his hustle and bustle! Rumor has it, he hangs out in South Florida after the holidays ;)

I told you I would find him on the beaches!

I loved working with bugaboo stamps this month! I uploaded the PNG's into design space, used the print/cut feature and had a perfect image! I am not the best with coloring in stamps, but slowly learning, so bear with me! I used all scraps from my stash (goal this year is to get rid of my stash!)

Bugaboo Stamps ~ Tropical Santa Suntan
Jaded Blossom ~ Aloha
Silver Ribbon ~ 3 Girl Jam

I hope you have entered into Connie's monthly challenge this month!!!

Its already November! 2016 is just about over! We have a new challenge over at Connie Can Crop's blog! This months theme is Pumpkin Spice!

For my project, I used one of the free projects from the Make It Now section in Design Space. Super easy to make, and will make cute little centerpieces for the tables!

My machine did not want to cut the chevron for some reason! On my 4th sheet of paper, we finally got along! I can't wait to see what you create for this challenge!

Baptism Card

Hey there! today is my day to post over at Connie Can Crop! :)

Today I want to share with you a card I made for my niece's baptism this weekend. My brother and his wife made me the happiest sister/aunt there is by asking Neal and I to be Margot's God Parents! I am over the moon!!! So, we are heading to NY this weekend to celebrate her!

I wish the color came out better! I tried everything and it just wasn't in my favor! I used all grays, pinks and whites for this card. Everything was created in design space and was either free shapes or cricut access things.

I want to share with you a digital layout I made using NitWit's amazing stuff! They are sponsoring Connie this month and really, their images are wonderful! I was a little nervous at first to try scrapbooking this way, but I'm definitely getting the hang of it! & may just in fact start my boys albums again! My sister in law just had a baby this past Friday so I stole some pics from FB and put together a little layout for her!

I used a bunch of elements from their "Great Expectations" kit.

Design Day ~ It's a Girl Banner

Today is my day to post over at Connie Can Crop! I am sharing a banner I made for my sister in law's baby shower. I had so much fun doing everything for the shower since we finally have a girl in the family!! YAY! I used a burlap banner base and cut stencils out with my explore. I painted the letters and stars on with reg. paint (awesome samples from Valspar at Lowes!) and on the silver stars, I sprinkled glitter. I just love how it came out!

This wasn't supposed to be what I showed you-I bought a great box from CraftsuPrint (Connies sponsor this month!) but I haven't gotten it emailed to me yet. But stay tuned, I will be sharing that with everyone this weekend hopefully! Can't wait to put it all together :-)
this is the box I'll be putting together: Duo Champagne
