Sweet & Simple Thank You

I am in the process of making a lot of thank you cards for various people...I'm so far behind with it! From house warming thank you's to school volunteers to animal dr's for helping us with our sweet Rocky. Here is the 1st one I made-so simple, yet i love it!

I used a Lori Whitlock card base and an A2 envelope liner file that I found in the silhouette store. I used "My Mind's Eye" Indie chic "free spirit" double sided paper for both the card and envelope. I then stamped Thank You onto Jaded Blossom's Mini Tag Dies using their School Rules stamp set. I had the glitter flowers in my stash already =)

Thanks for stopping by =)

This is my sweet Rocky that we lost way too soon. RIP little buddy <3

Gonna Party! It's Connie's Birthday! Let's go!

For my project, I made a really fun Shaker Card! This is my 1st one ever...its not perfect, but i'm very pleased with it!

I used my Silhouette to cut more of my project. The card and envelope is a set from the Sil. Store, a7 size.

The shaker tag came from SVGcuttingfiles. Ann has such cute files in her store! I stamped the inside of the tag with Jaded Blossoms "Birthday Treat Tags". I put some sequins inside the tag to "shake" around. The candle flame is embossed with a swirly cuttlebug folder that i have (i'm sorry, i can't remember the name of it)
I added a small bow to the bottom and put a faux stitch border around the card.

The envelope liner has the same matching paper as the card mat does. I used JB's "Birthday Bingo" for the sentiment and the die is their "flag die".

I hope you enjoyed my project today and are having fun along the hop!

Ms. Connie, here's a very Happy Birthday to you!

 Up next is Jessica!

Here is our complete line up in case you get lost along the way.

Teacher Valentine's Day Gift

Along with the class treats that I already posted, my cousin asked me to make 2 teacher gifts as well. I bought these amazing Gable Boxes from Pick Your Plum a few weeks ago and knew right away I was using them!

I used a bunch of different Jaded Blossom goodies on these boxes, as well as Close To My Heart items!

I wrapped burlap ribbon around the box (adheres great with a hot glue gun!) For the tags, I used Candy Charms & Banners as well as Mini Tag Dies. The circle stamps are JB Teacher Appreciation Candies & Valentine Candies. The sentiment is a CTMH stamp that was from their Whoo's Your Valentine promotion. I inked everything with red and black ctmh ink.

The candies are stamped with mroe Valentine Candies stamps. Added a glue dot to each one to hold nicely =)  Off to start my kids treats now!

Hogs & Kisses

Wow! Its been a long time since I posted anything! I've been so busy with sports and kids and their school and more sports that I haven't had a chance to do any of my favorite things (like crafting!).

My cousin had asked me to make her daughter some class treats for Valentine's Day. I couldn't wait to do them since I just got a few new files from the SIL store that I couldn't wait to use!

I had SO much fun making these! I used tons of Jaded Blossom goodies for them <--- of course I did! What else would I use!? HAHA!

"ingredients" that I used ~

Pink & Gray Cardstock from my stash
Ruby ink from close to my heart
Slate ink from close to my heart
Hogs & Kisses file from SIL Store
Funny Valentine Stamp Set from JB
Valentine Candy Set from JB
Farm Candy Set from JB
Treat Tag Die set from JB
Cone Bags from JB
Valentine twine (can't remember who's it is though)

Tree-Mendous Holiday Wishes!

On to teacher # 2! Logan's 3rd grade teacher is awesome! We really really lucked out with her! I let Logan pick everything out for her jar and I think he did a pretty good job (he designed it with a little guidance...I created it!)

For my tag, I used Jaded Blossoms Treat Tag Die for the tag. It is stamped with their sentiment from
Merry & Bright. My Christmas tree is cut with my Expression2 from Create A Critter2. My tag is with Echo Park paper and the tree is all scrap paper. Used some stickles on the star, tied twine around the lid to hold the scoop & the green snowflake ribbon is American Crafts.

This was Logan's favorite part! We vinyl'd an apple onto the opposite side of the jar with a heart in it (found that file in the Silhouette store). I used a JB's Flag Die for the banner. I scored it on each side to make it pop out some. Since I didn't have a stamp that said "Best Teacher", I made one! I combined some JB stamps together and Love the results! The 2 I used are School Rules (for teacher) & Vampires & Zombies Oh My! (for Best).

One more teacher to go! Hopefully her's will be posted in the next day or so!
Thanks for stopping by!

Gingerbread Treat Jar

It's that time of the year again! We lucked out this year with some really great teachers for the boys! Very excited to make their gifts this year!
My Gingerbread treat jar is for our 4th grade teacher. Hope she loves it!

I used LOTS of great Jaded Blossom goodies for this treat! And, because my cameo decided to not cut paper (i guess shes a vinyl only kinda gal), I pulled out my E2 and actually really enjoyed using it!

I got this overly cute little scoop from JB. I put twine around it and hot glued it to my AC xmas ribbon. The burlap around the jar I also bought from JB. My tag is from their Treat Tag Die. I also used stamps from Gingerbread Wishes & Winter Wishes. My paper is from Echo Park.

I added a piece of coordinating cardstock to my burlap so I can stick my gingerbread to the jar using an Action Wobble. I really love these things! I cut my gingerbread man at 2.5" from Create A Critter 2.

I stamped 45 kisses with JB's Gingerbread Candies
My little guy has a stickle bowtie and pearl buttons.

Thanks for taking a peek!

I am entering my jar into Jaded Blossom's Monthly Challenge. Here's the requirements:

This months challenge is "Anything Christmas"

Challenge Guidelines:
1) Project must be new for this challenge, no back linking
2) Project must have a Jaded Blossom stamp somewhere on it.
3) Link it up here by 12/21

Think I got that all covered =)

Down the Chimney we go!!

I was asked to make a fun plate and mug set for someone. I found this charger & mug at Walmart. I designed the saying in the Silhouette Studio (I was given a pic to go off of with what she wanted). I added her kids names to it as well. The mug design came from the silhouette store. All my vinyl is from Expressions Vinyl...Love that site!

Well, I am last on the hop. I hope you had a jolly good time! Please don't forget to leave everyone a comment on their projects today for your chance at some blog candy!
